My Passion
Hi there Fitsies! From now on, I'll call you readers and fitspo that! :) Anyway, my passion. When I was twelve, I was introduced to Taylor Swift "Love Story" by two friends of mine, Kimberly and Rachel. you cannot believe this but that song was my first ever English song. Yes, I was this really cina kind, what I mean by that is that. English wasn't fluent, la-la girl (shows boobs, pose a cute face kind.), etc. I am grateful when parents decided to send me to a private school where almost the whole school speaks English. I was made fun of but I had my cousin to defend me, telling me that is alright, she'll help me out. She is the best. Give her a follow on Instagram? zendr_ , :) Back to my passion, I found it when I heard Because of you by Kelly Clarkson. She sang so passionately, I felt her.. Until now, of course, I still see her as my inspiration. <3 If you have your passion or dream, make it happen. It will come true if you believe in yourself! Yes, Jennifer Lawrence. As some you know her as "Katniss Everdeen". You're probably wondering, what does Jennifer got to do with this health blog. Here it is, she is my inspiration, she doesn't care what people think of her, she eats whatever she wants with good reasons of course but to me she is the IT girl! How all this started
In the past, probably three years ago, when I was 13 guys started calling me names and fat. As a girl, you would want to impress guys that is a jerk and to think about it now. I thought to myself "Man wasn't I stupid?". I started to jog every single day.. & seriously every single day. Few weeks has past and people started telling me I lost weight, I look better. I was really happy, I lost total of 8 kg which 17.6 pounds, it's not much but I was really happy. But the bullying didn't really stop there, I was still called names, fat, ugly, stupid, etc. I cried a lot, and try too
hard to fit in.. At the age of 14, no guys or girls call me names, it was my best year. I dance, I gained weight again, I was happy. At the age of 15, you might think that I am happy, but no, I realized that I've gained too much. So i decided to jog do some traditional push ups and sit ups. Then I fell back. This year? I went hardcore, I lift, I run, I swim, I do all sorts of exercise. Unfortunately, it was hard for me to eat healthily. :( It is very expensive but I am trying my best, I won't give up. :) Till then, have a good day and stay tuned?
