Too Much, Too Soon.

Hey guys, seven months.. It has gone by in a blink of an eye. I know I didn't post as much as I planned and said I would. I am not going to even start all the reason. I simply just lost all my motivation and drive to continue on. It was so easy to say "I am going to post a lot more" when in actuality, I had doubts.

I learnt so much while interning in a company. You can only take so much, so do that much and add on again. Stop accumulating the work load, and make empty promises that all the work load will be done by a specific time. It's so easy for us human, to make empty promises and end up disappointing people. Be it at work, or home. If you know you can't take it, then be honest to yourself. Tell yourself "hey, easy there buddy."

I am writing this, because I have not only let you guys down, I have also let myself down. Here I am, telling you guys, I will TRY my best to post more. I won't promise, because I know I won't keep it.

High school is over, work starts.

Hello fitsies, it has been like a long time as usual that I last posted. I really wanted to give up on this blog I don't anyone is reading this and my blog has turned more in to what's happening to my life than fitness wise. You don't have to say I'm disappointed in myself as well! But I do wish to continue this blog, hopefully filled with fitness stuff? Anyway, school is over and I have almost the whole year nothing but work and a little of traveling going on. I recently came back from my second home from Austria, Vienna. I gotta admit that I didn't really much but I did ski for 3 days straight. I finally achieved what I've been wanting to achieve and that is ride on the big slopes, and I did! :D Gotta admit I fell but if you didn't fall it means you weren't trying hard enough. My shin hurt as well, but I ignored the pain as I constantly remind myself "no pain, no gain." And the saying did help me through the process! (Y) I'm gonna stop here, hoping I'll update the next week (hopefully) For those who are starting school next week, GOOD LUCK!!

IGCSE is taking over.

Hello, if you don't know what IGCSE means, it is an International Examination from Cambridge. Now don't get me wrong, what I mean by taking over is, it is taking over all my time. That includes not only this blog but my sleep, I pretty much have sleep deprive. (that's what I think) I know it has been AGES again that I have not update this blog of mine, heck I don't even know if anyone is reading my blog. *laughs* I continue to right, because I believe in myself. My blog is about encouraging people, motivating people to have a better, healthier life. I gotta admit to you, I don't eat healthy 24/7, cause I love food. We love food. (e.g. , PIZZA, FRIED CHICKEN, PIZZA AND MORE PIZZA) What I eat may not work for everyone of you but I try to have loads of knowledge about nutrition as I want to help as much as possible. The workouts that I do, may not work for you. I soon will have this blog into a more interesting ones, from pictures to videos. :) I promise, but right now I'm in the midst of my huge exam (so I can go college) and I need to give in my all so I can study what I've been wanting to study. If you are reading this and hoping to have some motivation, "Don't let anyone define your worth." . If you are someone who is being bullied by bullies, try not to give your attention to them because if you do that, the bullies, will stop, because you're "no fun" That's all I have to say in this post, see you all. I'm back, & I'm sorry!

Aloha fitsies! I know, I know, it has been months since my last post here. How have you been? I've been great, worked out during my 2 and a half weeks of break from school (oh yeah!) It's an achievement because I usually lose all my motivation during the holidays as I don't really do anything besides watching TV (I know i should be studying. SHHH) This week in school was the week of results for mid-year examination. I have improved, but not drastically. Fortunately for me, I have parents that encourage me to do my best every time when I fail a subject or improved but still fail. I'm thankful to have a cool asian parents! <3 Anyway, I'm back to tell you that I will be blogging weekly, about life, adventures, fitness, healthy food, etc. Till next week fitsies!

Hello fitsies! I hope you're all well! I'm truly for not being able to update my blog for about a month now. Please forgive me. 2014

2014, a new year, new life, new resolutions, new goal.Comment down below what are your resolutions, goals? Have a better relationship with your family? Friends? Boyfriend/girlfriend? My goals: 1. Workout at least 5 times a week. 2. Love my body no matter what size. 3. Love people more. 4. Be a better me. 5. Be an inspiration. 6. Care for those who needs help even when you know they won't do the same in return. 7. NEVER to be affected with people's opinion about me instead see it as points to improve on. 8. Make more videos on Youtube. 9. Study hard as this year I'll be having IGCSE. 10. FAMILY IS ALWAYS FIRST. Those are my Top 10 goals, what are yours, if you have not planned, that's alright. Put plan it out soon, so you would keep time on track, so you wouldn't think "Why is the time passing by so fast as if wind blew it." Know this, you are the wind that blew it off, because you do the things that are unimportant first and do the things that are important last. Always,always keep time on track. Now, I know it is so difficult, it is for me as well but I'm not gonna let my negativity in my way. I'll try to push it aside and appreciate every single moment. This is year may or may not be your last year in High School, it is for me and my brother told me, "Treasure every moment of your last year of school. Don't be like me, trust me." and he looked me in the eye with seriousness. So please, treasure every moment, capture it. If you have enemies, try to talk it out and figure the thing reasons why the both of you are enemies. My favourite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans that I have for you, says The Lord, plans to prosper you, not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future." Remember, everything happens for a reason. I know it's bloody hard to believe those words, but it's really true if you believe those words. 'Till now, I bid you good luck. Be wise, be nice.
